    Eagle wz 19

    The military eagle wz. 19 is a Polish national symbol, after regaining independence in 1919. It was worn on military caps of the Polish Army and referred to traditional eagles in the 19th century by Polish military formations. Usually made of metal, it depicts an eagle in a crown, with spread wings, holding a rolled-up wreath in its talons.
