M1912 forage cap.
The forage cap appeared in the Polish army along with supplies from the American Expeditionary Force and other elements of uniforms.
Simple in cut issued to regular units, but most of them went to units of the Volunteer Army.
In foot formations, copies with brass vents were issued, in the cavalry, this variant appeared sporadically.
Used in the Polish Army mainly during the Polish-Bolshevik war, but some of them survived until the end of the 1920s.
