    The WH officer's cap is a traditional element of the Wehrmacht officer uniform worn during World War II. Made of high-quality materials such as wool or gabardine, it features a distinctive eagle on the front, the national symbol of the Third Reich. A cockade with the German national colors further emphasized membership in the German Army. The cap was worn during ceremonial occasions, parades, and other official events, constituting a significant element of the officer's formal attire.
